We do not accept returns or offer refunds on garments once purchased.
Being high value and silk, all our garments go through a very stringent quality check.
However if you find a manufacturing defect or feel that the size/fit is not right for you please write to us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the item and we will try to resolve the matter at the earliest.Cancellations by the User
If we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours of making the order on the site and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We have full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The user agrees do not dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding this cancellation.Cancellation by us
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in the order being cancelled might be, inaccuracies or errors in product and pricing information.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If your order is cancelled after a credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card account.
